As a pioneer in the field of eco-friendly plastics foaming, KraussMaffei Berstorff developed a solution for the safe use of environmentally compatible blowing agents and the re-use of start-up scrap, edge trims and web scrap in the production process. This development substantially enhances environmental compatibility in physical foaming of plastics.

Depending on the specific requirements, ZE/KE Schaumtandex lines can be equipped with different dies – i.e. blown film die, four-die tube head or slot die. The result: tailor-made lines for maximum productivity!
